Ben Matthews


Social media and press consultant specialising in technology, media, government and charity. Offers senior client consultancy and trusted counsel, sets strategy, and ensures well-executed implementation for campaigns at all levels.

Ben was awarded PR Week’s Young PR Professional of the Year and was their youngest ever flagship interviewee. He is a regular speaker and well connected to the London media scene, influencers and blogging communities.

Ben also dabbles in side projects, such as writing his Freelance Book (Freelance in 30 Days).

Jaz Cummins

Jaz Cummins


Senior communications director with wide in-house and agency experience in strategic consultancy and hands­-on management and execution of communications, community, content and social projects.

A career start in agency PR and marketing, followed by in-house roles digital roles at Amnesty International UK and The Guardian, gives Jaz a foundation understanding of branding and journalistic values that underpins her approach. Jaz is a specialist in editorial content creation, commissioning and social-video, who loves getting under the skin of requirements through testing and data.

Amanda Foley – Montfort Associate

Amanda is a London-based writer, content marketer and all-round digital creative with a special interest in ‘tech for good’. Moving to London from Canada in 2011 she consulted with some of the city’s fastest growing startups in tech, education and social enterprise, as well as a year at the Government Digital Service. Amanda brings a tech-savvy and user-focused approach to the copywriting and content strategy thanks to her interactive design and product development background.

Bethany Crowe – Montfort Associate

Bethany is a community manager, digital content creator and strategist particularly interested in social media, non-profit digital content, collaboration and urban technology. She was the Social Media Co-ordinator for charity Sustrans for three years. She also works with Glastonbury Festivals, Bristol Museum and Art Galleries and the UN in New York. Bethany likes helping clients use digital to meet business needs, tell compelling stories and creating content that flies. She loves inspiring people to use digital to help build a more positive future.

Scarlet Cummins – Montfort Graphic Designer

Scarlet has a great eye for innovative and creative design, that can work hard in the digital environment. Partnering with Montfort on a huge range of clients, means Scarlet is able to work closely with the team to produce fresh and inventive visuals, that meets the brand requirements and the platform requirements of social media.

Adam Jakubowicz – Web Developer

Adam is a front-end developer, who loves creating, sharing and socialising on the web. Adam is experienced in animation, games and websites on a range of platforms, and works with Montfort on development projects.
